Returns The following applies only to orders placed from the Cool Auto Covers Store. Our Custom made products may not be returned for credit. Products which are not custom may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, if the product is in new, resalable condition. Such products must be issued an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, contact us by CLICKING HERE. Include your Cool Auto Covers Store order number, your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return. Warranty Our products have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted on the product or Coverking warranty. If a product fails under normal use during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product. Such warranty claims must be issued an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, email include your Cool Auto Covers store order number, your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return. |
